Halki Palace was run by various individuals from its founding until it was placed under guardianship in 1937. Net Konaklama Yatırımları, a Net Holding enterprise, leased Halki Palace, which was restored at a cost of $3 million by Net Yapı and opened for service by Merit International.
Today, on a 3,600-square-meter property, in a building with a 620-square-meter base and 3,500 square meters of total constructed area, there are 36 standard and nine deluxe guest rooms, TV and children’s rooms, a lobby, a lobby bar, a pastry shop, two meeting and seminar rooms, two workshop rooms, a restaurant, and a swimming pool.
